Macquarie Pacific Star Prime REIT Management Limited (the "Manager") is the manager of Macquarie Prime REIT ("MP REIT"), responsible for the management, administration and implementation of the investment strategy of MP REIT.
   
The Manager is 50% indirectly owned by Macquarie Bank Limited of Australia, and 50% indirectly owned by Investmore Enterprises Ltd. The Manager was originally established as part of the Singapore-based Pacific Star Group, which is involved in real estate investment, management and development in Asia.
   
The Manager comprises a professional team with extensive regional experience in real estate development, investment and management, fund and asset management, and finance. Together with Macquarie Pacific Star Property Management Pte Ltd, the property manager of MP REIT, the Manager aims to deliver regular and stable distributions to unitholders and to achieve long-term growth in the net asset value per unit.
