| Investment - Associate / Analyst |
You will be a member of the investment team and will provide key support in executing transactions which will involve deal origination and structuring; mergers and acquisitions; and fund raising and debt financing throughout the region.
To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or related fields of study with at least 2 to 4 years experience in the real estate industry or investment banking. You should also be knowledgeable of and conversant with corporate finance and regional real estate investment. |

| Asset Management - Senior Vice President / Vice President |
You will be in charge of devising and implementing asset enhancement plans and tenant mix positioning with a view to maximizing the income generation potential of the assets. Working closely with the property manager, you will be responsible for the appropriate positioning of the assets in Singapore and/or overseas. Your role also includes the preparation of budgets and forecasting of property performance.
You should have a good degree in Real Estate, Accountancy, Finance or related fields of study with at least 5 to 8 years experience in asset management and real estate. Prior experience in managing retail and office properties overseas will be advantageous. |
